Business Development & Commercial Manager – PropTech & SaaS
Own and grow B2B revenue by selling Adeer’s digital platforms and SaaS products to real estate developers, brokerages, property management companies, and real estate groups
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across Egypt and KSA
Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration within the real estate sector
Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue from key clients
Support B2C growth initiatives by collaborating with the marketing team on user acquisition and engagement strategies
Contribute to performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) with a focus on ROI
Assist in optimizing funnels, landing pages, and CRM workflows to improve conversion rates
Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and key KPIs
Contribute to revenue forecasting and pipeline planning
Work closely with product and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs
Gather client feedback and provide insights to improve products and user experience
Requirements
4–6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles
Mandatory: Experience in real estate (PropTech) and/or software/SaaS companies
Proven track record in selling digital products or SaaS solutions
Experience in closing B2B deals and managing client relationships
Exposure to digital marketing or B2C growth is a strong plus
Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Commercial mindset with basic understanding of revenue metrics (conversion rates, ROI, etc.)
Highly motivated, results-driven, and proactive
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
