Business Development Consultant

We are actively looking for a business development consultant to work in client acquisition. The role will be based in an office in Mirpur City, Azad Kashmir.

Office location is on F1 Road in Mirpur.

At Happy Nurses Ltd, we recruit within childcare, care and nursing and are hoping to expand our client database.

The main purpose of the business development consultant will be to manage client acquisition and ensure new clients are sourced and onboarded efficiently.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Daily operation of email campaigns by sourcing new leads from job boards and emailing clients.

- Forwarding all client email Reponses onto the team in UK

- Targeting sectors such as care, childcare and nursing etc

- Refreshing job postings on job boards on set days during the week

- Ensuring you keep in daily contact with UK headquarters to feedback and liaise with the director on business operations.

Essential:

· Educated to degree or college level in Pakistan

· Excellent skill in reading, writing and speaking English

· Excellent IT skills

· Quick, keen leaner

· Able to work under pressure

· Able to work as part of a team

· A positive attitude

· Excellent communication skills

Desirable:

· Experience in call centre work is desirable or for another UK based company.

This role will involve working the hours between 12pm-6pm Pakistani local time.

Each day from Monday to Saturday the office working hours are 12-6pm apart from Friday which will be 2pm-6pm.

These hours will correspond with UK office hours.

Salary: 35,000 Pkr per month.

The Role will require you to have your own laptop already.
