Business Development Lead – Luxury Villas & High-End Commercial Spaces

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities in luxury villa construction and branded interiors
  • Build lasting relationships with developers, consultants, architects, and HNWIs
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to elite clientele
  • Lead tendering and pre-qualification processes with our estimating team
  • Monitor market trends and position Vibes Construction strategically
  • Exceed sales targets while upholding our reputation for excellence

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years in business development within construction, fit-out, or luxury real estate in the UAE
  • Proven success in closing high-value projects (villas, hospitality, retail, branded interiors)
  • Strong network with developers like Emaar, Meraas, Nakheel, and luxury brands
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred
  • Results-driven with senior-level negotiation skills
