Position: Business Development Consultant
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting business to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to introduce recruitment services and understand hiring needs.
- Generate new business by actively hunting and acquiring corporate clients.
- Prepare and share customized proposals, service agreements, and commercial terms with clients.
- Arrange and conduct client visits to strengthen relationships and close deals.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the recruitment industry.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (HR consultancy experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and client handling.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and visits.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per hour
