The Team

A&M is rapidly growing in the Middle East and seeking to hire a Business Development (BD) Coordinator to be based in our Regional HQ in Riyadh. You will be an integral part of the operations team supporting the Middle East growth agenda and delivering exceptional BD support across the region. You will be reporting to the Dubai based BD Director and working closely with other key stakeholders in the region and across EMEA.

How you will contribute

Completing client registrations

  • Completing online client registrations through their specific platforms
  • Completing offline registrations via e-mail and couriering of physical documents as needed
  • Maintaining a tracker of portal registrations, with accurate login information
  • Updating client portals with new/renewed/additional documentation as required
  • Coordinating with client procurement teams when required

Managing tenders through Etimad and Other client portals

  • Regularly accessing Etimad and client portals to retrieve available tenders
  • Reviewing and sharing relevant tender opportunities to the wider practice team
  • Monitoring of open tenders, handling online portal correspondence and ensuring all required documents and accurate information are submitted through the relevant portals
  • Reviewing and submitting technical and financial proposals through the platforms before RFP deadlines

Internal coordination

  • Monitoring Client Relations e-mail address
  • Coordinating with relevant internal teams for review of client documentation and financial submissions
  • Updating our internal repository (Knowledge Hub) with relevant documentation
  • Updating our internal RfP library with relevant documentation
  • Ensuring the update of the Middle East service lines overview deck
  • Ensuring personal bios and photographs are saved within Salesforce and regular reminders are sent for updates

Documentation coordination

  • Preparing bank guarantee requests including internal liaison, collection of physical documents from the bank and submission to client premises
  • Collecting expired bank guarantees from client locations
  • Preparation of proposal documentation including printing, binding and physical submission as needed.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and oral is essential
  • 1+ years of relevant prior experience, ideally in a professional services industry
  • Attention to detail and quality output
  • Familiarity with procurement portals such as SAP Ariba would be an advantage
  • Proactive mindset
  • Good judgement, superb integrity and maturity
  • Effective interpersonal communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Adaptable and agile - thrives in a rapid growth, fast-paced, challenging, and unpredictable environment
  • Hands-on and non-hierarchical operator who is equally effective in managing up and down and relates well at all levels and cultures
