Business Development & Marketing is a full time, flexible position. Are you looking to develop your business development experience in a fast moving global business? Used to providing on going business development support? We're looking for a new Business Development Coordinator to join our global Business Development & Marketing team, based in our Dubai office.

Our Team

Our global Business Development and Marketing team includes over 65 colleagues working together to provide frontline support and advice at a practice, industry and office level - much of the work being collaborative and international in nature.

Our Opportunity

Reporting into one of our Business Development Managers, the core focus for this role is to provide business development support to our offices across the Middle East, in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Beirut, working with key stakeholders in the groups to support business growth objectives, identify target opportunities, develop and coordinate business development plans, and work with related teams to grow the firm's business base.

• Thriving Middle East practice with key clients across corporate, finance, international dispute resolution, investigations and white collar and labour & employment.
• Work alongside BD Manager based in Dubai and senior members of the global BD team to hone BD skills with broad exposure to different aspects of a global law firm.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned, supported by events, marketing, communications and bids teams and the wider international team.

You

• Dynamic, creative and determined individual who can use initiative and work as part of a team.
• Strong project management skills, drive to focus on multiple projects, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Demonstrable understanding of marketing and client development principles.
• Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• 3 4 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or similar professional services organisation.
