Overview:
Location: Gurgaon, Full – time (5 days working)
Experience: Freshers or internship experience in Marketing
We are looking for a Graduate candidate for the Management Trainee – Sales profile. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of client pitching, client management, and brand collaborations. They should also be eager to learn and grow in the field of Performance Marketing and Affiliate Marketing.
About this role:
- Assist in identifying and pitching potential clients across various verticals.
- Support the team in managing client relationships and maintaining long-term associations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver solutions.
- Learn and contribute to activities related to Performance Marketing and Affiliate Marketing.
- Conduct research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in client calls, discussions, and business collaborations.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales pitching, client management, and collaborations.
- Eagerness to learn and explore the performance marketing ecosystem.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with a learning mindset.
