About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Deal Closing Executive to drive sales growth and secure new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing deals for our design and creative services. This role requires strong business acumen, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B outreach, networking, and digital channels.
  • Engage with potential clients, understand their business and design needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate pricing, and close deals efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, and project management) to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, follow-ups, and closed deals in CRM systems.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client requirements to optimize sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or deal closing (preferably in design, creative, or IT services).
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple deals simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
