Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and versatile Business Development & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Vadodara. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about business development, digital marketing, and technology. You will be responsible for driving lead generation, managing digital outreach, organizing events, and supporting client engagement initiatives.
Candidates with a background in IT, ERP systems, and strong digital marketing fundamentals are preferred. We are also open to hiring interns who have graduated from a technical background or completed ERP certification and possess a strong interest in business development and digital marketing.
Must have skills:
Business Development:

Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.

Set up and manage meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.

Assist in creating and presenting client-specific pitches, proposals, and presentations.

Coordinate event planning for webinars, industry events, and client engagement activities.
Digital Marketing:

Develop, manage, and optimize social media campaigns, especially on LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.

Create and execute email marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences.

Monitor performance analytics and suggest improvements to enhance reach and conversions.

Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing tools, social platforms, and automation.
Experience Required:

1–2 years of experience in business development & digital marketing.

Excellent English communication and articulation skills (written and verbal).

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:

Lead generation, cold calling, and cold emailing
