Business Development & Distributor Sales Specialist – HACH Products

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our team as a Distributor Sales Representative for HACH products in the UAE. The role involves promoting and selling HACH analytical instruments and solutions through distributor channels, driving market growth, building strong customer and partner relationships, and helping expand the company’s presence in the UAE water/wastewater, environmental, industrial, and lab markets.

✔ Promote and sell HACH instruments, reagents, and analytical solutions via approved distributors and partner networks.
✔ Develop distributor relationships and support them in achieving sales targets in UAE territories.
✔ Train distributor sales teams and customers on product features, applications, and HACH value propositions.
✔ Create and execute territory sales plans to maximize distributor performance and market coverage.
✔ Identify new business opportunities and expansion projects with water utilities, industrial labs, environmental agencies, and consulting firms.
✔ Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical support to prospects and partners.
✔ Track competitor activity and generate market insights to improve positioning and pricing

⭐ Knowledge of HACH products, water quality testing instruments, or experience selling laboratory/technical equipment.
⭐ Existing networks with distributors or clients in the UAE water, industrial, or environmental markets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO500.000 - RO650.000 per month
