Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing & Outreach Executive to manage our cold emailing campaign targeting businesses in the USA and UK. The ideal candidate must be experienced in email sending software, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to draft and personalize email content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cold email campaigns for bookkeeping service outreach.
• Use email sending/automation software (e.g., Mailchimp, Instantly, Lemlist, HubSpot, etc.).
• Ensure emails are compliant with deliverability and anti-spam best practices.
• Personalize and draft professional email responses using ChatGPT.
• Monitor inboxes and respond to incoming emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Track campaign performance, maintain lead lists, and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate warm leads and client queries.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with cold emailing/email outreach campaigns.
• Proficiency in email automation tools.
• Strong English communication skills (written).
• Ability to use ChatGPT or other AI tools for drafting emails.
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple conversations at once.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting industry (preferred but not mandatory).
