Business Development Engineer (Civil Infrastructure Projects)

We are seeking a results-driven Civil Construction Sales Engineer with a proven track record in both business development and project execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of civil construction projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients within the civil construction industry
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating qualified leads to expand the project pipeline
• Prepare and submit high-quality proposals, quotations, and tender documents in a timely manner
• Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with approved designs, specifications, and timelines
• Collaborate closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination
• Monitor project progress, proactively resolve challenges, and provide regular status updates to management
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Pay: BD400.000 - BD1,000.000 per month
