Job Description:
As a Sales Staff member at Wecan Universe, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our digital marketing and website development services. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and marketing needs.
• Present and demonstrate our digital marketing and website development services to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and technologies to effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, client needs, and competitive insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and website development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
