Business Development Executive

Job Description:
AAJ Advertising Company is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive with at least 5 years of experience in the advertising and signage industry. The role focuses on driving sales and growth in our core business of signboard manufacturing and digital printing, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in signage and digital printing.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve company sales targets.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to propose innovative solutions.
• Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in business development within advertising, signage, or digital printing.
• Strong knowledge of signboard manufacturing processes and digital printing solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver on targets.
• Established client network in the advertising/branding sector is an advantage
