Requirements:
- Engineering/Management Graduates
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales in Facilities Management or Technical Services in the Gulf region.
- Proven track record in selling HVAC services/contracts.
- Strong client network within the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies for HVAC services.
- Generate leads, secure new contracts, and expand the company's client portfolio.
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure contract renewals and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contract documents.
- Work closely with technical and operations teams to align service offerings with client requirements.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
