Business Development Executive

WORKSPACE is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and talented "Business Development Executive" for the Furniture Hardware Supplies division.


Job Description:

  • Generate leads and close sales with new customers
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
  • assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas
  • Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers and close deals
  • Business-to-Business Sales and Key Accounts Executive executes technical sales strategies and business plans and identifies new business avenues
  • Share reports and sales or marketing plans
  • Building and managing customer relationships
  • Effective mapping of assigned territory and being up to date on competitor product range.


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in Building materials, furniture fittings, lighting solutions
  • Experience in outdoor sales within KSA
  • With KSA Driving License
  • With good customer relationships with kitchen manufacturers, joinery, and contractors
  • Able to prioritize duties under minimal supervision
  • Dynamic, result-focused, go-getter with a positive attitude
  • UAE construction-related project knowledge
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills to secure sales and maintain relationships with customers
