Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team in the UAE. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling credit cards for the local bank

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell credit cards
  • Employ a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities through cold calling and face-to-face meetings
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment by consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to strategize and optimize sales efforts while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales in the UAE/home country experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.
  • Strong team player with the capacity to work independently when necessary.
  • Proficiency in generating new leads through cold calling and other proactive sales techniques.
