Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in Accounting, Auditing, or Financial Services)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and client relationship management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• UAE experience is preferred
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Accounting & Auditing sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations to potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management
