Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive with proven knowledge and experience in the exhibition stand industry. This role goes beyond traditional sales—it’s about building strong client relationships, translating ideas into designs, and overseeing projects from pitch to build-up. You will collaborate closely with our design and production teams, attend exhibitions, and drive business growth by creating opportunities and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads within the exhibitions and events industry.
• Pitch creative stand design concepts to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate client requirements into impactful stand designs.
• Prepare proposals, present them to clients, and secure approvals.
• Oversee project progress, ensuring smooth coordination with production and build-up teams.
• Attend exhibitions and events to network, gather leads, and represent DOT Exhibits.
• Maintain and grow long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in the exhibition stand industry (sales, business development, or project management).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers and production teams.
• Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals.
• Flexibility to attend events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
