Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the UAE. The role requires strong client engagement, business generation, and relationship management skills within the certification and conformity assessment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market for certification services (ECAS, EQM, Emirates Quality Mark, and other MoIAT schemes).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, exporters, and importers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven sales/business development experience (preferably in certification, testing, inspection, or related services).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Based in the UAE with willingness to travel within the region.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
