Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the printing and packaging industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales of our printed and packaging products and services. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on selling to help expand our client base and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored printing and packaging solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and samples to clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools or internal systems.
  • Ensure that payments are collected in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in printing/packaging or allied sectors.
  • Strong understanding of printing processes (offset, digital, flexo) and luxury packaging
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Knowledge of luxury packaging, corrugated boxes, labels, or folding cartons is an advantage.
