What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new opportunities across HR consulting, talent solutions, and professional services
• Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through strategic outreach, networking, and market insight
• Design tailored proposals and compelling presentations that address client priorities
• Collaborate with consulting teams to deliver integrated, people-first solutions
• Represent Powering People at key industry events, client forums, and leadership roundtables
• Stay ahead of market trends, industry shifts, and emerging client needs
• Consistently meet and exceed growth and business development goals

What You Bring

• 4-6 years of experience in business development or client acquisition, ideally in HR consulting, talent management, or professional services.
• MBA or equivalent, preferably with a focus on HR, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Proven success in achieving sales and revenue growth targets.
• A strong network within corporate HR and leadership circles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine passion for people and growth.
