Business Development Executive

Business Developer (Office-Based | 2–5 Years Exp.)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Write effective proposals and handle client communication.
  • Generate leads outside freelancing platforms through outreach & networking.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with the management team to align on targets & strategies.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development (IT industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, and external lead generation methods.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets.
  • Expertise in proposal writing & presentations.
  • Office-based role (Mohali location only).
