Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
This role is instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client
relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic engagement with prospective clients.
You will work closely with our consulting and leadership teams to position Divine & Sage Consulting as a partner of choice for business and HR advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and strategic outreach.
· Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients across industries and geographies.
· Conduct initial client meetings to understand business needs and present appropriate service offerings.
· Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions aligned with client requirements.
· Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
· Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into qualified opportunities, and close deals.
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
· Maintain and update CRM systems, reports, and business development documentation.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Key Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in consulting, HR, or B2B services.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close business deals.
· Strong understanding of consultative sales and client-centric approach.
· Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
