We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our luxury eco-friendly company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth through strategic outreach and marketing initiatives. You will represent our brand with professionalism and integrity, helping to expand our presence across Dubai’s premium market while upholding our commitment to excellence, sustainability, and outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, real estate agencies, developers, and corporate offices.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive activity, and client needs.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract high-value clients.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain an accurate client acquisition pipeline and provide weekly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.
  • Attend relevant exhibitions, networking events, and industry gatherings to build brand presence.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in luxury services, hospitality, or related sectors).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai’s premium service market and client expectations.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in independent outreach and lead generation.
  • Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and contribute ideas for growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • UAE driving license preferred but not essential.
