Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team on a commission-based structure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of bringing in new projects and clients across our diverse service offerings. This role offers a market-competitive commission structure with the potential for a salary upon achieving base targets. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients globally, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises, who can benefit from Z1 Labs' extensive services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Create and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Present and promote our wide range of services, including digital marketing, SEO, web development, branding, app development, content creation, graphic design, UI/UX, CRM, admin support, cold calling, and finance services.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, web development, branding, app development, content creation, graphic designing, UI/UX, CRM solutions, admin support, cold calling, and finance services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your time and priorities effectively.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Familiarity with global markets and the ability to connect with clients from different regions.
