About the Role:

GT Solutions USA is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead bid extraction strategies, nurture client relationships, and maintain accurate documentation of both ongoing and prospective business opportunities. This role plays a key part in optimizing procurement workflows, onboarding clients, and supporting global operational teams — without the need for cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

 Data Storage and Maintain data

 Manage all phases of data management activities from project start up to database close

 Import data from multiple sources

 Databases back up & recovery

 Data Quality and Data Checking

 Detecting and Correcting Errors

 Analyze data to identify trends, extract insights, and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making for stakeholders

 Ensure that data management processes comply with relevant regulatory and legal standards.

 Choosing appropriate method for analyses

6. Team Collaboration:

  • Assist both onshore and offshore teams in administrative and operational tasks.
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and contribute to process improvements.

7. Availability & Work Hours:

  • Commitment to a minimum of 45 hours per week, with weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).
  • Working hours will be 6 PM – 3 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).

Requirements:

Language & Communication:

  • Strong command of English (spoken, written, and reading).
  • Confident, professional verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Dedication & Availability:

  • No concurrent employment or freelance engagements allowed.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation for punctual on-site attendance.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in data management and reporting (Fresh graduates with strong skill sets are encouraged to apply).
  • Exceptional business writing and documentation skills, especially in response to RFPs/RFQs.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret complex procurement requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Project management capabilities with attention to deadlines, deliverables, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning and execution of sales/proposal processes is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: PKR 75,000 – 95,000 (based on experience and will be decided in interview).
