  • Manage and respond to incoming inquiries, driving client acquisition by converting leads through meetings, negotiations, and closing proposals for bookings.
  • Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat participation in exhibitions and events.
  • Maximize business opportunities from inquiries and leads by presenting proposals, following up, conducting meetings, and securing deals.
  • Oversee existing client accounts to ensure timely exhibition bookings.
  • Ensure prompt collection of payments and maintain revenue flow.
  • Identify and develop new market segments to strengthen the company’s competitive position.
  • Coordinate with the Event Director to target high-value clients and align sales strategies with available exhibition floor space.
  • Prospect and approach new corporate clients through research, networking, and effective cold calling.
