Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sales, communication, and market research, with a passion for driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, online platforms, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance service offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
