Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sales, communication, and market research, with a passion for driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, online platforms, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
