Responsibilities
Strategic Market Development
- Develop and execute 3 am's KSA market entry and growth strategy
- Build a robust pipeline targeting SAR 15M+ in the Year 1 contract value
- Position 3 am as a thought leader through strategic industry presence
- Monitor Vision 2030 initiatives and identify alignment opportunities
Relationship Building & Sales
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers at government entities, PIF companies, tourism authorities, and cultural institutions
- Develop partnerships with entertainment venues, museums, hotels, and major developers
- Lead end-to-end sales process from qualification through contract signature
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder procurement processes (6-18 month sales cycles)
- Create compelling proposals that articulate 3 am's unique value proposition
Collaboration & Market Intelligence
- Work with UAE creative and technical teams to develop innovative, feasible solutions
- Ensure smooth project handovers with clear client expectations
- Represent 3 am at the Saudi Event Show, SEA Expo, and major industry forums
- Track competitor activities and market trends
Team Building
- Build and mentor a local KSA business development team as the market scales
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 8+ years in business development/sales leadership in Saudi Arabia
- Proven track record closing deals valued at SAR 2M+ each
- Direct experience in experiential marketing, immersive installations, exhibitions, entertainment venues, events production, museums, or design-build projects
- Success working with Saudi government entities, PIF portfolio companies, or major cultural/tourism institutions
- Vision 2030-aligned project experience strongly preferred
Network & Skills
- Established network within the KSA entertainment, tourism, cultural, or hospitality sectors
- Existing relationships with government decision-makers and key industry players
- Exceptional communication in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactical plans
- Consultative selling approach and cultural intelligence for the Saudi business context
- CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management

Education
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Based in Riyadh with a willingness to travel within KSA and occasionally to the UAE
Benefits & Compensation
Base Salary
- SAR 35,000 - 40,000 monthly (SAR 420,000 - 480,000 annually)
Commission Structure
- 10% of gross profit on all closed deals (uncapped)
- Transparent calculation, monthly payouts upon client payment
