We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Business Development Executive to join our car washing company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing sales for our car wash services across different locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate and individual clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote the company’s car washing services and negotiate contracts or service agreements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations for clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in car wash or service industry preferred).
- Fluent in Arabic (speaking and writing) – English is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field sales visits.
- Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory).
- Transferable visa with NOC preferred.
