Business Development Executive

About Us:
Pexdel is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps businesses enhance their online visibility and achieve measurable growth through SEO, paid media, and performance-driven strategies. We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is ambitious, confident, and passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, email, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and follow-up communication.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to meet monthly business targets.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain client records, track leads, and prepare reports.
  • Support in negotiating and closing new business deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client management (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM or lead management tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Shift Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
