Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven BDE from a chemical background who is ready and willing to relocate and travel across multiple cities (Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata). The candidate will be solely responsible for managing branch operations, driving sales growth, client acquisition, and ensuring smooth coordination with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the entire branch operations independently.

Drive client acquisition, business development, and sales growth in the chemical industry.

Conduct client meetings/visits 2-3 times per week to strengthen business relationships.

Handle client management, retention, and coordination to ensure excellent service delivery.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.

Ensure smooth coordination between clients, operations, and head office teams.

Core Requirements

Bachelors/Masters degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in chemical sales/business development.

Strong client acquisition, relationship management, and coordination skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and handle complete branch responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
