Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by identifying and prospecting new customers/clients in the target segments
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and account loyalty.
  • Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, site visits, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, tenders, and contracts in coordination with internal teams.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions to secure sales while protecting company margins and compliance.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs .
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs and emerging equipment/technology innovations; provide feedback to management for strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and onboarding of equipment, and to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, client database, forecasts, reports and documentation

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in equipment sales, machinery, industrial supplies, or similar B2B environment.
  • For Qatar/GCC region experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications of equipment, ability to read/interpret drawings or specifications .
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, be self-driven, target-oriented, persistent and proactive.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills; ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks concurrently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid Qatar driving license preferred
  • Knowledge of the local market in Qatar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,200.00 per month
