Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by identifying and prospecting new customers/clients in the target segments
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and account loyalty.
- Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, site visits, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, tenders, and contracts in coordination with internal teams.
- Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions to secure sales while protecting company margins and compliance.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs .
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs and emerging equipment/technology innovations; provide feedback to management for strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and onboarding of equipment, and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, client database, forecasts, reports and documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in equipment sales, machinery, industrial supplies, or similar B2B environment.
- For Qatar/GCC region experience is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of technical specifications of equipment, ability to read/interpret drawings or specifications .
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, be self-driven, target-oriented, persistent and proactive.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills; ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred
- Knowledge of the local market in Qatar
