Catering Business development/Catering sales executive

Job Title: Catering Sales ExecutiveDepartment: Sales & MarketingLocation: Doha Job Purpose:The Catering Sales Executive is responsible for generating new catering business and maintaining relationships with existing clients to achieve revenue targets. This role involves identifying potential clients, developing proposals, and ensuring the successful execution of catering events in line with company standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new catering business opportunities (corporate, schools, private events, etc.).Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase company offerings.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.Respond promptly to client inquiries and follow up on proposals and quotations.Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure client requirements are met.3. Proposal & Contract ManagementPrepare customized catering proposals and quotations.Negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines.Ensure timely documentation, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.4. Event CoordinationLiaise with operations, logistics, and culinary teams to ensure flawless event execution.Attend key catering events to ensure client satisfaction and handle any concerns on-site.5. Market Research & ReportingMonitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in catering or hospitality sales (QSR or institutional catering preferred).Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Valid driving license (preferredPlease DM or send cv to hr@stfsdoha.com
