Key Accountabilities
- Manage team members to execute distribution operations within deadlines
- Oversee daily activities of team members and provide assistances whenever needed.
- Coordinate deliveries of materials as per company policies and customer demands
- Address customer queries promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Tracking sales performance against targets, analyzing sales data, and preparing regular reports for management to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make informed decisions.
- Ensuring that all sales activities within the distribution network comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Review team performances and provide feedback for improvements.
Communication
- Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.
- Ensure effective communication of activity expectations and provide quality feedback as required / appropriate to management.
- Applies extensive sales experience, knowledge, and expertise to act as the subject matter expert in each department.
- Being able to articulate ideas, instructions, and expectations clearly and concisely is essential (verbal and written communication)
- Negotiating terms, prices, and agreements with customers and distribution partners
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Contributes to the delivery of optimal customer service by recruiting, training, scheduling, and retaining customer focused full-time and part-time department personnel.
- Ability to work within a team environment and on own initiative in pursuit of business objectives.
- A thorough understanding of the companies disciplinary / employment procedures and ability to apply this knowledge as necessary in conjunction with team support
- An understanding of the distribution business model, team management and sales dynamics of working in a GCC market environment
- Ability to set sales targets, develop strategies, and lead a team to achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
