Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Eecutive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving assigned targets through effective communication and market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Prepare and deliver sales reports and market feedback.
· Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
