About Us: Greenspire Maritime Pvt Ltd is a premier maritime solutions provider based in Mumbai. We are looking for dynamic and ambitious professionals to join our growing team and drive our business forward.

The Role: We are seeking a Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a flair for communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for potential clients in the maritime/logistics sector.
  • Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs.
  • Present company services effectively to close deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Presentation: Must be well-groomed, presentable, and capable of representing the company professionally in face-to-face meetings.
  • Experience: Min 2 Years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development is preferred (Maritime experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Attitude: Energetic, confident, and results-oriented.
