Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development. The ideal candidate should be motivated, results-driven, and passionate about finding new business opportunities. You will help grow our client base, build strong relationships, and support overall revenue growth. This role requires someone who communicates well, works fast, and delivers clear results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to improve strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or client acquisition.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Experience in a software house is a plus.

• Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
