Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Professional to help expand our client base, build strong partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a solid IT background, a personal database of potential clients, and the ambition to thrive in a high-performance, commission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients.

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

- Present and promote company's software, web, and app solutions to potential clients.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Develop partnership strategies to expand the company’s reach and market presence.

- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align client needs with service offerings.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and quotations.

- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales or business development (software, web, or app-related).

- Strong existing client network or personal database within the UAE market.

- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- UAE driver’s license (preferred).

- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

- Based in Dubai (remote work flexibility available)

Location: Dubai Science Park / Remote (within Dubai)

Salary: AED 10,000 + Lucrative Commission

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,999.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
