Working Days: Monday to Friday

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in client acquisition on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and others. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, crafting high-converting proposals, managing client communications, and ensuring successful project delivery in collaboration with our in-house development team. If you are a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for tech solutions, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close new business opportunities on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and similar platforms.
  • Write customized and compelling proposals for web and mobile app development projects that convert leads into clients.
  • Manage client communications from initial contact through to project completion, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to align project goals with client expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and timelines to secure profitable business deals.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to pitch relevant solutions.
  • Research competitors to help improve our service offerings and keep us ahead of the market.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience winning projects on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of sales, client handling, and closing techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of frontend and backend technologies (e.g., React, Laravel, Node.js, Angular).
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced software development environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a business development role, preferably within a tech company or software house.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, paid ads, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM tools or sales tracking software is a plus.
