Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and helping the company grow through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and reach out through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Understand client needs and present suitable company services
• Prepare and share proposals and quotations
• Follow up with clients and maintain long-term relationships
• Meet monthly sales goals and performance targets
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Keep records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in business development or IT sales
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality
• Knowledge of online marketplaces or lead-generation tools will be a plus
