Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive responsible for converting leads into paying clients. You will connect with schools, explain our services, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with warm leads provided by School Dekho.
  • Explain services: school profile creation, verified badge, lead management, trending listing, and digital promotion.
  • Conduct telephonic/online product demos for school authorities.
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable packages.
  • Maintain CRM data and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding team for activation.

Required Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (EdTech preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to follow up persistently and close deals.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and WhatsApp Business tools.
  • Target-driven, confident, and professional.
