About The Role

  • Join a fast-growing, USA-based company as a Business Development Executive! We are seeking an energetic, confident, and results-driven individual to drive sales growth by communicating clearly and persuasively with US customers. This is an excellent opportunity for closers ready for a night-shift role with high earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound/inbound sales calls to US customers.
  • Clearly present our products/services and handle objections.
  • Negotiate, manage the pipeline, and close deals to meet targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.

Requirements

  • Exceptional English communication (must be clear and confident for US clientele).
  • Proven strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Minimum 6 months - 1 year of international business development/sales experience (preferred).
  • Ability to work the night shift (US business hours).
  • Must have reliable internet and a dedicated, quiet home office.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
