We are seeking a proactive, target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a digital marketing environment, a proven track record in core sales. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our services — including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Branding, and Web Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails, and networking.
- Conduct client meetings and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and market insights.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales within a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
- Proven experience in core sales with a consistent ability to bring in revenue.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Branding, Web Development).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead-management platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
