About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and well-rounded Business Development Executive to drive overall business growth in the IT services and product development domain. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lead generation, client acquisition, proposal writing, and closing high-value deals. Experience with freelance platforms (Upwork/Fiverr) will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.
- Generate leads through multiple channels: Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, referrals, etc.
- Present company services (Web, Mobile, SaaS, Custom Software, DevOps, Data, QA).
- Prepare proposals, pitches, RFP responses, and negotiate pricing.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction.
- Track sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Optional: Manage and bid on Upwork, Fiverr, PPH, etc., when needed.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and tech services.
- Excellent communication, client-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into closed deals.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Bonus: Experience with freelancing platforms.
