We are hiring Business Development Executives to support our client acquisition and sales processes within the IT services domain. This role is suitable for candidates who want to develop their skills in business development and international client communication.
Responsibilities
- Generate business leads through online platforms, including Upwork.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and client-specific documentation.
- Communicate with international clients through calls, emails, and chat to gather project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered as planned.
- Maintain client relationships and provide follow-up support when needed.
- Review market activity and competitor trends to identify potential opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: MBA preferred (Marketing, Finance, or International Business).
- Knowledge: Understanding of online bidding platforms such as Upwork.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills.
- Technical/Professional: Ability to prepare structured proposals and professional correspondence.
- Work Approach: Organized, willing to learn, and able to manage tasks independently.
