Job Description:-

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients on-site, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Conduct field visits, meet prospective clients/customers, and present product/service offerings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals to convert prospects into sales.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Understand client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of daily meetings, visits, and sales activities.
  • Update CRM/Field Sense app (or company software) with daily tasks and customer updates.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports to the sales manager.

Market Research

  • Gather feedback from the market and report competitor activities.
  • Identify new trends and opportunities to expand market reach.

Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams such as operations, customer support, and marketing to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
  • Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (if applicable).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales.
  • Knowledge of the local market/territory.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
