Join our team at Cinnova as a Business Development Executive focused on gathering and extracting valuable information from platforms such as LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and various job boards. We seek a detail-oriented individual skilled in navigating these platforms to collect and organize specific data sets supporting our business development objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and aligning our services to meet their expectations.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve collective goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by gathering essential information and assessing their interest.
  • Sales Pitch Delivery: Effectively present the value proposition of our offerings and address any objections or questions.
  • Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls or meetings for interested leads and maintain engagement through email or other communication channels.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales quotas.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of call activity, leads generated, and outcomes. Provide regular reports on performance metrics.
  • Proven Experience: Previous experience in inbound/outbound calling, with a demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software, Data platforms such as Apollo, Seamless, Zoominfo, Email Marketing tools such as (Instantly, Smartlead, Woodpecker)
