Globe Call Centre is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing digital marketing division. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales, client relationship management, and global business growth in the digital marketing industry.

As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and helping expand our footprint across international markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients globally for digital marketing services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads through various platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Email Outreach, etc.).
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly business development and revenue targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to refine strategies.

  • Requirements

    • Experience:  1–2 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in a digital marketing or IT company).
    • Strong understanding of  digital marketing services  (SEO, SMM, PPC, Content Marketing, etc.).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Proficiency in using platforms like  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, or email prospecting tools .
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
    • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.


    Office Location: Plot no. 206, East Service Road, I 10/3, Islamabad


    Office Timings: 7:00 pm to 4:00 am OR 6:00 pm to 3:00 am
